I have been actively studying and teaching fitness, nutrition and health since my years in college. I am a Graduate of USC and an A.C.E. certified trainer.

 

I have over 20 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. No matter where you are at, I can help you improve.  

I created Making Warriors because I wanted to provide a fitness program that produces real functional results without requiring over consuming time commitments. A program designed to keep you young and age you well

 

My program is balanced and sustainable, which is the key to life long fitness and health. This is the best approach you will find.
